The family do everything themselves: from the growing and tending of the grapes to the bottling of the different ranges of wines. This guarantees a high quality product limited in quantity. The wines are made according to Riojan tradition with the added advantages offered by adequate modern technology.

The grape stripping system is used and this ensures the longevity of the wine. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats at cold-controlled temperatures. The grape is gently pressed by a pneumatic press. The end result are wines of great colour, natural aroma and great flavour. They are not astringent.

The wine is made without sulphur dioxide and fined through natural decanting. The various processes avoid aeration and treat the wine very gently, so that the aromas, colour and flavour can be properly extracted from our quality grapes.

The ageing wines are stored in American oak casks and on bottle racks until they are ready to go on sale.
