GORRI is the result of the effort
and work by a family deeply-rooted in the art of wine-making. The have
combined traditional methods with the latest in modern machinery to come
up with some fine quality wines. They have achieved all this through direct
control over the whole wine-making process and by using the most advanced
technology.
All the vineyards are cultivated by traditional methods. The whole process
is accorded the importance it deserves and painstaking care is taken from
the grape on the vine to the finished bottled product. Biurko Gorri is
a family bodega with one aim: they use their wine-making tradition and
great care of their vineyards along with very modern installations to
produce and age high quality wines.
Biurko Gorri guarantees direct control over the whole process behind the
making of the wine, from the tending of the vines – the grapes are
carefully selected according to strict criteria at the bodega; the elaboration
process is carefully monitored and there is lengthy repose and ageing
– to the marketing of the wine in a modern and carefully chosen
design of the bottle.
