Characteristics:
This wine comes from organic vineyards in carefully chosen well-ventilated areas at high altitudes which allow for healthy plants without the need for synthesised chemicals. Production controls and preventive monitoring are carried out organically.

Vinification process:
The grapes are destalked. Fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures between 20 and 28ºC. Natural fining through decanting and racking.

Wine-tasting note:
A young red wine with an intense colour, the typical fruity aromas of Tempranillo and a tasty freshness in the mouth.
