Vinification process:
The grapes were picked in mid-September in 18 KG baskets. The whole grape is carbonically macerated in an open vat. Fermentation takes place at 20-22ºC. The maceration lasts 4 days and is slightly remounted. The traditional “bleeding” method is used.

Wine-tasting note:
Deep colour, clean and brilliant. Intense aroma of strawberries and fruit of the forest. Dry and floral. It’s sweet and pleasant in the mouth as well as ample and silky. It fills the mouth with different fruity sensations.

Long and rounded finish with no astringents. It leaves a sensation of ripe fruit. Fresh and slightly sweet, but never sickly so.
