Grape variety: 80% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano
Alcoholic content: 13.6%
Total acidity: 5.2

Characteristics:
This wine comes from a high quality vineyard of about 5
hectares made up of four terraces on a slope. The vineyard
is 22 years old and has an annual production of about
5000 KG/Ha.

Vinification process:

The grapes are destalked. Fermentation at controlled
temperatures. Maceration in stainless steel vats for 20
days. Fermentation with natural yeasts and a minimum
dose of sulphide.

Ageing:
12 months in French oak, natural decantation, very low
filtration.

Wine-tasting note:
Medium depth cherry colour, clean and brilliant. Intense
aromas that elegantly combine the fruit with tones of
vanilla and coffee from the wood.
In the mouth it’s round, elegant, delicate and contains complex nuances.

The finish is long and spicy. The tannins are fruity with a nice hint of acidity. The personality
of the vineyard it comes from shines through in this wine.
